With the help of the door anchor, you can transform almost any free space in front of a door into your personal workout zone. You need about 1 meter to the left and right and about 2 meters in front of the door as a workout space for your sling training. The door anchor is quickly and easily installed, provides a secure hold for training and is - without leaving traces - quickly and easily dismantled. The tape between the carabiner and the door also protects the door from damage.
You do not need to install a bracket in the ceiling or wall, just hang the door anchor between the door frame and the door leaf. Then close the door, check for a stable hold and hook your exercise equipment to the carabiner. After training, simply remove the door anchor and store it together with your sports equipment.
With this practical door anchor, you extend the mobility of your sling trainer or other suitable sports equipment such as expanders or training bands enormously.
