Origin and benefits
Sling training has its origins in physiotherapy and the army. Physiotherapy particularly values ​​the joint-friendly whole-body training and the opportunity to train the entire musculoskeletal system. The army, on the other hand, was looking for an extremely efficient piece of sports equipment for overseas missions that was both mobile and versatile.

How it works and efficiency
During sling training, you train without weights, just with gravity and your own body weight. By bringing your body into an unstable position in a controlled manner, a large portion of your support and balancing muscles become active. You do not train your muscles in isolation, but in functional, natural movement chains. This leads to an increase in strength, mobility, core stability and balance.

Versatility and flexibility
The simple and continuous change of the angle relative to the locking point and the flexible adjustment options of the eaglefit® sling trainer enable training anywhere and at all levels of difficulty. Notes on mounting:

Pull-up bar / wall bars: Make sure that you do not lever the wall bars or pull-up bar out of place during your exercise and that it can withstand the pulling force. Before training, make sure that the entire structure is firmly in place!

Outdoor: Training is a lot of fun outdoors. Trees or swing bars are ideal for secure attachment. Make sure that the swing is stable and, in the case of a branch, that it is strong enough.

Ceiling or walls: Make sure the walls or ceilings can bear the load. The mounting device must be suitable for heavy loads as well as play and sports equipment. If you want to attach your COMPACT sling trainer to your ceiling, we recommend the oval ceiling mount.
