With this 2 meter long fitness band made of 100% natural latex you get an ingenious training aid and support for your pull-ups and strength training.

This exercise band works wonders for pull-up beginners, and trained people can significantly expand the range of exercises. This means they can perform more repetitions with a wider grip.

This is how the pull-up aid works:

Place a bent knee (for medium tension) in the loop or Put your foot in the loop (for strong tension) and start your pull-ups.

The eaglefit pull-up and fitness band is available in 2 strengths:

• green: 200 cm x 2.8 cm; lifting aid: 10 - 35 kg, i.e. your body weight, which you pull up, is reduced by up to 35 kg depending on the tension
• purple: 200 cm x 4.4 cm; lifting aid: 20 - 55 kg, i.e. your body weight, which you pull up, is reduced by up to 55 kg depending on the tension

Body weight up to 100 kg: green
Body weight over 100 kg: purple

Example 1: If you are a professional and weigh 90 kg, we recommend the green band. When performing pull-ups, you pull up 80-55 kg, depending on the tension.

Example 2: If you are a beginner and weigh 70 kg, we recommend the purple band. When performing pull-ups, you only pull up 50-15 kg.
