The mini fitness band can be used for all parts of the body and in all performance and training areas. Alone, in a team, as a physiotherapist or personal trainer.

Care and usage instructions:

If necessary, wash the straps with conventional detergents or soap (up to 60°), preferably with similarly colored soap bars.
Please do not use fabric softener, chlorides or alcohol when cleaning! Hang the bands loosely (not rolled up) to dry in the fresh air. Please do not dry on the radiator or in the dryer!

Do not overstretch the bands, that is, do not extend the stretch to the complete end point.

Make sure that the bands are not exposed to high heat or direct sunlight for long periods of time, otherwise the natural rubber in the bands will dry out and the bands will become unusable.
